Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Life Teller account, website use, and mobile app use by following the instructions below.

Step 1

Delete data from your account

Sign in to Life Teller with the same login method you used before. Contact support from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your Life Teller account data.

Step 2

Email request

Send a request to support@kanminlabs.ai with the subject 'Life Teller data deletion request'. Include the email address or login provider connected to your Life Teller account so we can locate it.

Step 3

What we delete

We delete or anonymize account profile data, saved readings, submitted birth details, location details, questions, chat history, and other app data associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Step 4

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment accounting, tax, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Retained records are limited to what is necessary.

Step 5

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will reply to the email address you used to contact us.
