Terms of Service

The operator of this service is KanminLabs (ABN 46780733797), based in Queensland, Australia. By creating an account, making a digital purchase, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Subscription and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are 13 to 17, by creating or using an account you confirm that you already have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may request reasonable confirmation or restrict age-inappropriate questions or outputs where permitted by law.

If you submit another person’s birth, location, relationship, or other personal information, you confirm that you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so. Do not submit sensitive information about another person without clear authority.

KanminLabs provides software-calculated chart material, deterministic previews, and AI-generated reasoning synthesized from one or more traditional metaphysical systems for entertainment and self-reflection. Interpretive outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are not statements of fact or promises about future events.

Technical charts and the one-time limited preview may be produced deterministically from submitted details, calculated chart data, and server-authored rules without generative AI. Full Personality, Career, Relationship, and selected-year Annual reports are separate on-demand tasks. Generating one report does not generate or unlock the others. Charges and included allowances are described in the Subscription and Refund Policy and shown before generation or purchase.

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support@kanminlabs.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, automate excessive requests, bypass limits, share paid access, submit unlawful or harmful content, infringe rights, test security without written permission, or use outputs to make decisions for another person without appropriate review.

You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and reproduce it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Service improvement is limited to consented aggregate product analytics and minimized reliability, security, and safety records described in that policy. This licence does not authorize us to use private birth details, questions, chats, readings, or saved reports to train general-purpose AI models.

The KanminLabs software, branding, interface, calculation systems, prompts, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, legal risk, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on entertainment outputs, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Any permitted limitation is subject to mandatory consumer guarantees.

Contact support@kanminlabs.ai first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights, local forum rights, or other laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email before they take effect where practicable.
