Subscription & Refund Policy

The checkout page displays the applicable price, currency, billing interval, and any unavoidable taxes or fees before purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe on the web, or by Apple or Google when an in-app purchase is offered. Promotional terms shown at checkout form part of this policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file at each renewal. The next billing date and current plan are available through subscription management.

A credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Purchased credits are tied to the account used at checkout and do not expire while that account remains open. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash and are usable only within KanminLabs. Account deletion removes any unused balance as described below.

Included free or subscription allowances are used before purchased credits. Opening calculated charts, divination casts, and report cards does not use an allowance or credits. In the Natal report center, the one-time included free Personality, Career, Relationship, or Annual result is a limited, deterministic server-authored preview and does not run generative AI. Divination and Compatibility identify whether the requested result uses AI in their own pre-generation notice. All of these task results use the shared task-result allowance. Personality, Career, Relationship, and each selected-year Annual Report are separate report tasks. After the included allowance is exhausted, each report is charged at the current Natal task-result rate shown in Account. Generating one report does not include another topic or year.

Generation rates and subscription allowances may be updated as product settings. The current AI follow-up, Divination, Natal, Compatibility, and Timing rates and allowances are shown in Account. The applicable rate is confirmed by the service and reserved atomically before a paid AI task begins; a request already in progress keeps the rate captured when it started.

Purchased credits can be used for every paid generation, including after a subscriber has used the day's included allowance. For a failed or empty generation, the service automatically attempts to restore reserved credits in full. If restoration cannot yet be confirmed, duplicate charging is blocked and the user should contact support if the balance does not recover.

Permanently deleting an account also deletes its unused purchased credits. The deletion confirmation identifies this consequence before deletion.

You may cancel at any time through Account → Manage or cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Once Stripe confirms that every subscription is scheduled not to renew, you may permanently delete the account immediately, but doing so ends remaining paid access and does not automatically issue a refund; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Change-of-mind refunds are not automatic after digital access has been supplied, but we may provide a discretionary refund where appropriate. This does not limit remedies available when a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee or other mandatory law.

For web purchases, contact support@kanminlabs.ai with the account email and payment date. For purchases billed by Apple or Google, request a refund through that store, while retaining any rights you have against us under applicable law.

Access may be restricted after a failed payment, subject to payment-provider retries and applicable law. We will give reasonable advance notice of subscription price increases. A new price applies from a future renewal and you may cancel before it takes effect.
